Now that people are starting to think about traveling again, health and safety are on the front burner for many. Hotels, in particular, will need to continue to monitor their health and safety protocols. Many of the major hotel chains have released details of their new procedures, and we, as a travel agency, want to convey security, peace of mind and, above all, protection.

Your personal information (name, telephone number and e-mail address) will only be used for the purchase, sale or confirmation of the reservations you request. The personal information you enter on our website is available in a secure system and is not available to the public.

Reservations and Payments:
All reservations must be requested at least 30 días prior to the tour start date.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the package is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 15 días prior to the tour start date.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash at our offices.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
If cancellation is made more than 15 días prior to the start of the tour, a 50% refund of the deposit will be made.
Cancellations made less than 15 días prior to the start of the tour will not be refunded.
In the event that Cusco Yah must cancel a tour due to force majeure, the client will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
3. Modifications:
Any changes to tour dates or details after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Traveler’s Responsibilities and Obligations:
It is the traveler’s responsibility to inform the agency of medical conditions, allergies or special requirements at the time of booking.
The traveler must respect the guide’s indications and local regulations at all times during the tour.
Cusco Yah is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
5. Travel Insurance:
It is recommended that all travelers have adequate travel insurance before starting their tour.
6. Complaints and Suggestions:
Any complaints or suggestions must be sent in writing to our customer service department within 7 días after the end of the tour. Cusco Yah is committed to respond within 15 working días.
7. Children Policy:
Children under 4 years old do not pay as long as they do not require an additional seat in the means of transportation.
Children between 4 and 11 years old have a 50% discount on most of our tours.
8. Optional Activities:
Optional activities not included in the original itinerary may have an additional cost and are subject to availability.
9. Punctuality Policy:
It is crucial that travelers are punctual for all activities and transfers. Cusco Yah is not responsible if a traveler misses an activity or transportation due to lateness.
