DAY 1: INTI RAYMI SUN FESTIVAL

The Inti Raymi. – during the time of the Inca civilization, it was a religious ceremony held in honor of the “God Inti.” This celebration begins every winter solstice, that is, every month of June and lasted 15 days in which different dances and sacrifices were performed.

To enjoy this Inca ceremony, we pick you up from the hotel at 08:00 AM. The ceremony will begin at the Qoricancha temple. The departure of the Inca and the Greeting to the God Inti will begin, then we leave the city towards the Sacsayhuamán Fortress, it is here where the Inca ceremony begins in a box with a spectacular view.

• Support for the Local and Sustainable Economy: Prioritizes support for local communities and sustainable initiatives, such as purchasing local artisan products and choosing tourism companies that promote the economic and social development of communities.
• Environmental Education and Awareness: Take the opportunity to learn about the importance of environmental conservation and share your knowledge with other travelers. Promote environmental awareness and respect for nature in all your activities.
• Leave Only Footprints: Follow the “Leave Only Footprints” principle and collect any waste you generate during your visit, making sure not to leave any trace of your time in nature.
