RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
We are a Tour Operator Agency dedicated to provide quality experiences offering comfort, confidence and security; we develop the passion for traveling, enjoy the adventure and know the Peruvian culture; on the other hand, we are dedicated to spread the image of Peru nationally and internationally thanks to our years of experience that support our professionalism and commitment to nature.
Reservation Policies
1.- RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be confirmed by request through our email tours@cuscoyah.com and contact will be established by email or telephone to coordinate details. When requesting the confirmation of the services you must consider the following information in your email:
Full name of the passengers.
Identity card number.
Nationality and language.
Ages (also children’s if any).
Date of travel and return.
Indicate the passenger’s cell phone number for pick up.
Type of package requested.
Details of additional services required (not included in our program).
Details of health restrictions or other reasons expressed by the passenger.
2.- PAYMENTS:
After having confirmed the reservation with due anticipation, 50% of the total amount of the service must be paid.
The difference must be deposited before the arrival of the passengers. Once each deposit has been made, you must send the voucher by the most convenient way (mail, WhatsApp), or in the case of transfer, the details and number of the operation.
3.- RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSCOYA is responsible for complying with all the itinerary detailed in the tour package, including all the services detailed therein. The company is not responsible for interruptions in the normal development of the package due to force majeure beyond our control such as weather, political, social, etc. problems.
CUSCOYA is committed to provide a quality service and to ensure the CUSTOMER’s satisfaction.
CUSCOYA, for justified reasons, reserves the right to modify the itinerary as it deems necessary, but always thinking of the CLIENT’s satisfaction.
The CLIENT’s luggage, jewelry and personal items are the sole responsibility of the CLIENT.
4.- MODIFICATIONS:
Our company may modify the order of the itinerary of the excursions, whenever it considers it strictly necessary for the safety or better success of the service.
5.- CANCELLATIONS, PENALTIES, REFUNDS:
Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made well in advance to avoid the NO SHOW payment (100% of the service) in the case of holidías and long weekends at least 15 días in advance.
Cancellations (cancellation of the service) must be made by telephone and confirmed by e-mail to: tours@cuscoyah.com between 30 días and 07 días before the start of the service and the company will charge 20% of the prepaid amount, for management and administrative expenses.
No refunds will be made to the CUSTOMER for services not used voluntarily, illness, accidents or other reasons, on the scheduled date and time, nor can be used at another time.
If the CUSTOMER voluntarily renounces to the use of the contracted program, he/she will not be entitled to any type of reimbursement.
Cancellations made after 07 días from the beginning of the program, the agency declares the CUSTOMER No show and will not be entitled to any type of reimbursement.
In the case of postponements, the validity period is 3 months from the date of the original reservation, under the same conditions and at the updated rate.
