Arrival at the community of Huayllafara, to go to the cultural interpretation center (5min), where the community of Huayllafara will receive visitors with music and beautiful native flowers as well as with a “tinka” or symbolic blessing to Mother Earth to thank them for this new dia and the power to share among brothers from different cultures.
Then visitors are invited to accompany the community members to the crop fields, to participate in agricultural activity according to the time of year. Visitors will be able to learn about the connection between man and Andean agriculture inherited from their ancestors, using ancestral tools such as the chaquitaclla, cuti, lampa and others.
The explanation and demonstration in each of the processes seeks to involve the visitor in a direct experience with Mother Earth or Pachamama and to understand the relationship of the community’s residents with the Andean universe that surrounds them. Lunch with native ingredients from the area.
