BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are a Tour Operator Agency dedicated to provide quality experiences offering comfort, confidence and security; we develop the passion for traveling, enjoy the adventure and know the Peruvian culture; on the other hand, we are dedicated to spread the image of Peru nationally and internationally thanks to our years of experience that support our professionalism and commitment to nature.
By making a reservation with Cusco Yah Agency, the client accepts the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations and Confirmations:
Reservations can be made through our website, email, telephone or directly at our offices.
The reservation will be considered confirmed once the client has made the corresponding deposit and has received a confirmation email from Cusco Yah.
2. Payments:
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the package is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the tour start date.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or in cash at our offices.
3. Prices:
Package and tour prices are subject to change without prior notice, unless a confirmed reservation has already been made.
All prices are expressed in US dollars and do not include VAT.
4. Cancellations by the client:
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the start of the tour will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start of the tour will not be refunded.
5. Cancellations by Cusco Yah:
In exceptional cases, if Cusco Yah must cancel a tour due to force majeure, the client will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
6. Modifications:
Modifications requested by the client after confirmation of the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Liability:
Cusco Yah acts as an intermediary between the client and the different service providers involved in the tour (hotels, transportation, guides, etc.). Therefore, we do not assume responsibility in case of accidents, losses, damages, delays or other inconveniences caused by such suppliers.
8. Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that all clients have adequate travel insurance before starting any tour.
9. Complaints:
Any complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer service department within 7 days after the end of the tour.
10. Special Conditions:
The client must inform Cusco Yah of any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements at the time of booking.
Children under 4 years of age travel free of charge, as long as they do not occupy an additional seat.
